The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. The location is excellent, conveniently close to a metro station. The breakfast selection was diverse and offered quality dishes, satisfying my morning needs perfectly.
Some amenities need improvement, particularly in the bathroom.

The standard room is impressive with a kingsize bed, every floors, as for instance. The breakfast is wonderful, available with omelets and a very special atmosphere, as example.

great location , but some bathroom amenities could improve
The location is excellent, with the Burjuman metro station just a short walk away. I appreciated the fast WiFi, perfect for my online meetings. The staff were friendly. I also enjoyed the city view from my room.
Some amenities in the bathroom need upgrading.

Its location near the kbw metro station which will take you any where you wish, and also it is facing Burjman shopping mall, it has resturants, cofee shops, ATMs, nice shops.
The noise of the three discos in the hotel, and the crowds that hangs out side its enterance.

We really enjoyed the hotel's convenient location near the BurJuman metro station, made getting around Dubai super easy. Our experience was further improved with the neat and clean rooms that gave a cute feel. The breakfast was also a highlight with a good variety of dishes to choose from.
My children wanted a quieter environment at night.

Location is a standout feature, with the Burjuman metro station just a short walk away and many restaurants nearby. The staff provided a warm welcome and were helpful throughout the stay. The room had some maintenance issues like loose bathroom handles, and noise from a nearby disco club could be disruptive. Breakfast was not up to Western standards. Danish pastries were a highlight, however.

This time only the location and room
On arrival at 05.30am on the 13th, as requested in my booking I was told there was no booking for me from Booked.net, I showed the duty manager the sms on my mobile showing that my credit card had in fact been pre- authorised by the hotel, I was given a room (Same as requested) but had to pay 150 aed for that morning I.E. paying for the 12th Sep due to check in / check out timings, I then had to pay 345 aed for the 13th / 14th stay and 345 aed for the 14th / 15th stay. Money is not the issue here it is the inconvenience of having to argue with hotel staff at 05.30an in the morning after having just travelled 15.5 hours.
